The before pictures show the property as we find it on site. If the objects are presented in this way and unchanged, this would not be ideal, but is handled this way by some brokers.

The after pictures show the property after the home staging. Here, we do not focus on high-gloss images, but on the attractive design for the first good impression. The object is thus not alienated, but made emotionally accessible.

With today's technology, home staging can also be carried out virtually. While this may be the right choice for some properties, it can't replace the attractive on-site presentation. After all, the rooms should also show themselves from the best sides during a visit and then not disappoint. 

In our home staging we do not hide, hide or gloss over anything. All facts remain transparent.

You can use your apartment, house or holiday property without restrictions during the sales period – until the final handover of the keys. Our home staging facility can be cleared ‘away’ at any time so as not to impair your sense of home.

The 2nd Residence is usually fully furnished and furnished. In such cases, we integrate the existing facility and skillfully stage it. It does not matter whether it is modern, high-quality and older furniture. On request, the co-sale of the inventory is possible, so that you can save yourself a costly and time-consuming eviction.

We recommend carrying out a ‘classic’ home staging project, including painting, renovation and full furnishing, in very few cases – and for good reason: The Black Forest has its peculiarities.
