For each offer, you can request your desired date directly in the advertisement, which we will gladly make possible if available. For some objects, certain days are set. The visit always takes place as an individual appointment and in our company. If you have a request, we will give you the next available date. Residential or rented properties require a longer lead time in planning.
You will need a valid ID card or passport, which we will verify on site. This is a requirement of the Money Laundering Act.
You will receive object documents in advance and can thus clarify whether the object is suitable for your purposes before you start your journey. If everything fits, we welcome you to the agreed date on site.
You need a financing confirmation from your bank or a suitable proof of capital. Then send us your declaration of intent to purchase. With the confirmation of the seller or the seller you will receive a reservation. All steps in detail can be obtained with the exposé. Important: The on-site inspection is required prior to the submission of a declaration of intent to purchase.
Yes, yes! Not only the accompaniment at the notary, but also the preparation of the notarial purchase including appointment coordination is carried out by us. You will receive a draft contract in advance for review. You can order the notary stress-free via our form, or simply digitally on request.
The brokerage fee is 3.57% incl. VAT on the notarized purchase price and is payable with notarization of the notarial purchase contract. Other purchase costs are the real estate transfer tax with currently 5% as well as the notary's costs with approx. 1.75% – this also depends on whether you finance or not. After the notarial purchase contract has been concluded, it still requires a few weeks of internal, official processing. We coordinate the exact timing with all parties involved.
The key handover takes place immediately after the purchase price payment and from then on you can fully use your new home.
- You conclude the brokerage contract as well as the cancellation policy and consent to data storage automatically with your request. Alternatively, in writing, if desired.

Ideally, the visit should not be your first step in the purchase. It is best to first ensure the necessary funds.
