In general, spring and summer are considered to be a particularly good time for a real estate sale. For example, there has long been a rumor that objects are more difficult to sell in autumn and winter. In contrast to many other regions, however, there are some special features to consider in the Black Forest, not least the preferences of prospective buyers.

In autumn and winter, our sales activities in the mountains do not show a decrease in demand compared to the warm season. Should I wait until spring?
